Custom software, built by people who’ve done this before

We’ve been building software since 2014. Here’s what that experience looks like in practice.

Who we are

Tyne Solutions builds custom software for organisations whose operations have
outgrown off-the-shelf tools. We also build and run our own products, an HR platform
and a Learning Management System, used by organisations across Brunei.
Running our own software teaches a discipline we bring to every custom build: scope
small, ship something real fast, and let working software earn the next decision. With
over twenty years of software design and delivery in our leadership team, that discipline
isn’t new to us. It’s how we’ve always worked.

What we believe

Commitment

We scope before we build. You see the
plan and the price before either of us
commits to more.

Standard

Everything we ship is documented and
built to be handed over, never a black
box only we understand.

Pace

We start small on purpose, prove the
approach, then scale to whatever the
need actually is.

What that looks like day to day

Straight answers

If custom software isn’t the right fit for
you, we’ll say so before you spend
anything.

Ownership

We support and run what we build, the
same way we run our own platforms
every day.

Fit over features

We build around how you actually work,
not around what’s easiest for us to
template.

Where we’ve built before

We’ve built for oil and gas operators, logistics firms, and regional non-profits, and earlier
in the business, for financial institutions. Different industries, the same pattern:
processes too specific for off-the-shelf software to fit cleanly.

We also design and build the platforms we run ourselves. That’s not a separate
business. It’s the same team, holding itself to the same standard, on software we
depend on daily.

Talk to us

If your operations have outgrown the tools you’re running on, a scoping call is the
fastest way to find out what a fix would actually look like.
